Mondays - Body Conditioning - 60 mins - 9-10am - £6 - Via ZOOM Link.

All over body conditioning for strength and functional exercises, catering for all levels of ability. 

Requirements; A Resistance Band and/or dumbbells, Exercise Mat and Water to drink.

Tuesdays - Pilates- 6.30-7.30 pm -In Person (session recorded to Zoom for those attendees who miss a session. 

A low-intensity muscle strengthening workout focusing on building strong core muscles.

Location; Sunningdale WI Hall, Broomhall Recreation Ground, Sunningdale, Ascot. SL5 0QS

Requirements; A Pilates exercise mat, small towel and water to drink.

Wednesdays - Jens' Boxing Fitness - 60 mins - 6.30-7.30pm - £10 per session, P.A.Y.G. - In Person.

A great fun cardio, upper body and abs workout for all abilities.

Location; South Ascot Scout Hut, Church Road, Ascot. SL5 9DP

Requirements; Boxing Gloves, Boxing Pads, Exercise Mat and Water to Drink.

Thursdays - Swiss Ball - 60 mins - 8.15-9.15am - £6 per session P.A.Y.G. - Via Zoom Link.

All over Body Conditioning with a Fitball / Swiss Ball / Gym Ball , (this class can be done without a ball). It caters for all abilities.

Requirements; Resistance Band and/or dumbbells, Exercise Mat and Water to Drink. Preferably a Swiss Ball as well.

Saturdays - Pilates - 60mins -£12 per session P.A.Y.G.
